Future Olympic Gold Medalist?

Well, I don't know about that but Cal did have a great time participating in gymnastics this fall.

Fall Fun

We had a trip planned, in October, to visit Oma and Opa.  We found out that there was going to be trick-or-treating in downtown St. Joe while we were there so we packed the costumes.

We also made sure to get in a visit to DeVries Farm for some fun.

This year Max got in on the family picture in the Halloween train car.

Nick, Megan, Dechlan and Mason got in on the fun this year, too.

Calleigh's preschool class had a Halloween party and Russ and I were able to go in to help.  It was so fun to see all the little ones dressed up.  They had such a great time.

Happy Halloween!

We made sure to visit Calleigh's lunch buddy, Laurie, for a treat.

After trick-or-treating, we carved Calleigh's pumpkin.  Nothing like waiting til the last minute. :)

Max ~ 4 Months Old

Max is 4-1/2 months old now.  This week has been a big week for him.  He cut his first two teeth and rolled over from his back to his belly.  At his 4 month check up, a couple weeks ago, he weighed 17 lbs 3 oz (88th percentile) and was 26" long (85th percentile).  He is a happy, relaxed baby.  He always has a smile for us and we love to hear his laugh.  He loves watching his big sister.  Calleigh continues to tell us, almost daily, how much she loves her little brother.  Max is a cat-napper, usually only taking a couple of 45 minute naps throughout the day, which is rough, but is making up for that a little bit by sleeping well at night (usually 8-10 hours).

Some of my favorite pics of my smiley, happy boy over the last couple months.

Bathtime!  Check out those rolls. :)

 Aww, so sweet.

This guy knows how to flirt with the ladies already.

Playtime with Daddy.

Rooting on the Tigers during the playoffs.

Sticking his tongue out at Mommy.

Love those chubby cheeks and that dimple!

Welcome Mason!

On October 4th, we were blessed with another nephew, Mason J Fieberkorn.  We were lucky enough to get to the hospital about a half hour before he was born and be some of the first people to welcome him to the world.

Mason, about an hour old.

Nick and Megan with their new little guy.

Calleigh was very excited to meet and hold her new cousin.

Amazing what a difference a few months can make!  Max and Mason were born 3-1/2 months apart.

Cousins!
