Happy Father's Day!

Calleigh had an extra special t-shirt made for her Daddy for Father's Day.
Calleigh is ready to go over to Grandma and Grandpa Webster's to wish Grandpa a happy Father's Day and do a little swimming.

Chillin' in the pool

Calleigh seems to just love the water so we got a little kiddie pool and set it up for her last weekend.
The water was a bit cool!  It took a minute to get used to but then felt really good.

Just kicked back, relaxing.

Kickin' those feet!

I think she would have stayed in there all day if we had let her.

Calleigh was having so much fun, I had to hop in with her.

6 Months Old

Calleigh turned six months old on June 7th.  At her six month checkup, she weighed 15lb 15oz (50th percentile) and was 26-3/4" long (80% percentile).  She seems to be growing so fast these days, both mentally and physically.

Here are some random pictures from the last month.

Daddy's little Red Wings fan.

Hanging out with Great Grandma and Grandpa Fieberkorn during their visit.

"Hmm...What is this stuff?  I'm not too sure about it.  Kinda itchy."

Hanging out with all her furry friends.

"Ahh, feels good to get rid of all those clothes!"

"What kind of trouble can I get myself into from here?"

"Who am I kidding, I don't get into trouble."

Jen took a few pictures of Calleigh while we were visiting Memorial Weekend.  These two are a couple of my favorites.

Off to Grandma's house we go

What a big girl!  Calleigh hung out in her daddy's old highchair during dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Webster's house.

Mmm???

Calleigh got her first taste of solid food yesterday.  We gave her a little rice cereal.  She was definitely curious and ready to try it but I'm not sure if she really liked it all that much.

On the road again...

...final destination - New York.
We cut across Canada and made a little stop at Niagara Falls.

Calleigh took her first swim in a big pool (with Daddy's assistance of course).

The reason for the trip was this happy couple.  We celebrated the marriage of Michele and Greg.  They recently got married in Jamaica (wish we'd been there for that!) and had a reception back in Michele's hometown in New York.  Congrats Michele and Greg!

Memorial Day Weekend

We made the rounds Memorial Day weekend.  Our first stop was the Rupps.  JD just loved Calleigh and was very excited to play with her and watch her.  He told me that we should "move closer because the drive to see eachother is too long.  That way we could just walk to eachother's house."  Oh, how his mama and I would just love that!
Ella playing with Calleigh.

Next stop - Sturgis.  We visited with Grandma and Grandpa Fieberkorn.  On Sunday, we had a Fieberkorn Family BBQ at my cousin, Samantha's.  She had a little kiddie pool set up for the kiddos.  It was incredibly hot that day so Calleigh took a little dip in the pool with second cousins, Jacob (in this pic) and Kayla.  She loved it.  I think she's going to be a little fish!

A quick visit with Great Grandma Weiderman.

On to Stevensville for a visit with Oma and Opa.

We all took a carousel ride in St. Joe.  This was our second carousel ride of the weekend.  We also took a ride with Jen, JD, and Ella in Shipshewana.  During that ride Calleigh fell asleep.  She stayed awake for this one and I think she had a pretty good time.

We got our feet a little wet at the fountain in St. Joe.

Our First Picnic

We took Calleigh for her first picnic a couple of weeks ago when it got really hot.  We went to a park down by the river in Marine City.  It was such a pretty evening and it was about 10 degrees cooler by the river.

Calleigh and Daddy watched the boats and freighters go by.
